Junior coaching at Romanby Golf Academy is led by Matthew Richardson, a PMG Master Coach and one of the UK’s leading coaches in the Operation 36 system. Matthew brings a calm, engaging coaching style and a deep understanding of junior development, ensuring every child feels supported, challenged, and motivated to improve.
With extensive experience delivering the Operation 36 pathway, Matthew specialises in helping juniors progress from their very first shots through to confident on-course play. His sessions focus on skill development, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game—creating confident young golfers who love coming back to learn and play.
